The co-creator of Call of Duty, who helped create the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has tragically died in a car accident in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.
The tragic news was announced by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, a game studio that he helped create.
The renowned game designer passed away following his car crashed and caught fire on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, as reported by.
"This is an unimaginable loss, and we stand with Vince's loved ones, those closest to him, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts said.
